The Signature's Virginia Farmhouse One of our favorite William Poole plans, this Virginia Farmhouse was built in Bay Creek's Signature Village. The details in the trim, dormers, and porches make heads turn as future residents tour the area.

The Family Farmstead, times two Building here on the Eastern Shore, one frequent request is a Master Suite on the first floor. This plan, the Farmstead, serves that and many other requests very well. Despite its roomy and welcoming appearance from the outside, the Farmstead is a single story home with a clever floorplan. In the following photos, you'll see several finishing options, as we've built this on multiple occasions.
