Jim Schneider founded Schneider Development to build homes to exacting standards and create a home building experience that clients enjoy. This approach has earned us a solid reputation as one of the most respected custom homebuilders on the lower Eastern Shore and in the Virginia Beach area of Hampton Roads.

Jim personally works with each customer to ensure every aspect of your new home is as customized as possible. Schneider Development is located in the historic town of Cape Charles on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. Our Hampton Roads office is located in Virginia Beach. We are a Class A Contractor and are always happy to provide references.
